NdFeB

NdFeB magnets are a mixture of barium, iron, boron, antimony, cobalt and other trace elements. Sintered NdFeB has very high magnetic properties, excellent magnetic properties and good performance in high temperature environments. The mechanical strength of NdFeB is superior to that of samarium cobalt, and is not as brittle as ceramic and yttrium-nickel-cobalt magnets. However, NdFeB magnets are very susceptible to corrosion. Therefore, if used for a long time, special coatings such as zinc, nickel, nickel-copper-nickel, or epoxy must be applied to their surfaces.
