- 1999Ningbo Hongwei Hardware Factory was established, which was mainly engaged in the processing of monocrystalline silicon materials.
- 2002the company increased the slicing processing and sales of ferrite and samarium cobalt. • In 2004, Ningbo Jiangbei Weijin Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. was established to carry out the slicing and manufacturing business of NdFeB products.
- 2004Ningbo Jiangbei Weijin Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. was established to carry out the slicing and manufacturing business of NdFeB products.
- 2005the R&D department and the competence center were established to strengthen the company’s research and development capabilities.
- 2007Ningbo Jiangbei Xinfeng Abrasive Materials and Grinding Tools Factory was established, which was mainly engaged in the production and sales of diamond tools (electroplated diamond grinding wheels and cutting blades).
- 2009 the company test center was set up and was further equipped with advanced test equipment.
- 2010the company introduced external funds, increased investment shareholders, and implemented shareholding restructuring.
- 2011Weijin Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.
- 2012Jiangbei Weijin invested in establishing Ningbo Xinlin Magnetic Industry Co., Ltd., and the plant started construction.
- 2012we invested in Germany Siegle, Hu&Partners GmBH, and established “Veekim Aktiengesellschaft” in Hamburg to establish a joint venture company in accordance with German industry regulations and carry out business in the European market.
- 2013the company passed the ISO/TS16949:2000 automotive product certification and the product quality control reached a new level.
- 2015Xinlin’s plant was put into use and the company started operations.
